Organisational Behaviour Systems have a mission core focused around organisational wide adoption of behaviours enabling group change. An OBS usually involves consultation with senior managers, discussion with wider management, followed by creation and management learning and then finally all staff learning. 

An OBS is usually organisation wide with ongoing support. Education and discovery resources are available throughout the relationship with the OBS provider and very often new strategy and new tools are introduced in reaction to uptake and to continue evolution towards the desired outcome.
