In Human Performance Education and Development, 4TEA2 currently works across two domains : Pressure and Service.
For Pressure : The WholeWell Pressure Dynamics behaviour framework focuses on pressure education, discovery and development for sustained performance under cumulative demand.
Purpose : To develop behavioural intelligence around Pressure Dynamics and enhance capability around Capacity, Resilience and Recovery.
For Service : The WholeWell MADE Service Standards behaviour framework is an organisational behavioural framework, aligning standards and behaviours, language, and everyday practice with organisational mission and values to enable consistent and authentic service that genuinely Makes A Difference Everyday.
Purpose : Consistent language and delivery of energetic quality impact behaviour, focused on a common mission.
For organisations, MADE is a service standards behaviour framework and Pressure Dynamics is a pressure behaviour framework.
4TEA2 also provides some in-person coaching and support across elements of Pressure Dynamics, through our delivery subsidiary 4TEA2.life.
