For Service : MADE Service Impact is an organisational impact / service culture system, aligning standards and behaviours, language, and everyday practice with organisational mission and values to enable consistent and authentic service that genuinely Makes A Difference Everyday.
Purpose : Consistent delivery of shared, energetic quality impact behaviour, focused on a common mission.
For Pressure Intelligence : The WholeWell Pressure Dynamics behaviour framework focuses on pressure education, regulation and sustained performance under cumulative demand.
Purpose : To develop behavioural intelligence around Pressure Dynamics and enhanced pressure management through Pressure, Capacity, Resilience and Recovery Awareness training.
4TEA2 also provides in-person coaching and support in some elements of the Pressure Dynamics development programmes, specifically Capacity, Resilience and Recovery as well as select other group and one to one Mindfulness Based coaching and support.
