For Pressure & Load : WholeWell Load Dynamics is an organisational behaviour framework focused on human performance under load, examining Compounding and Cascading Load, Load State and Intervention, and Load Regulation, around Capacity, Resilience and Recovery.
Purpose : 1. To develop organisation-wide intelligence and behaviour around load awareness and strain before stress intervention. 2. To create shared understanding and language to reduce stress related presenteeism, absenteeism, and improve productivity.
