4TEA2 is a service industry system and framework design and innovation company with three arms: Ventures, Training, and Consultancy.
We specialise in turning ideas into practical solutions - creating ventures, delivering training that drives cultural change, and providing selective consultancy in strategy, framework design, and communications.
As design and innovation architects, 4TEA2 has been responsible for the system / framework design, development and delivery of some fantastic products and services in recent years, including the highly acclaimed STAFFMIS Workplace Operations Management System, the FITNATION Business and Procurement Network, the CLUB CARE Customer Assistance Programme, and more.
Current projects include :
- In service: with DELIFFERENCE. With the outstanding Make A Difference Everyday framework, 4TEA2 has created a 10-point behaviour model that helps organisations embed service culture that lasts.
- In wellness: with WHOLEWELL, 4TEA2 is building an advanced wholeistic clinical wellness framework for lifelong health and balance.
- In design: with TRADEFLARE, 4TEA2 is developing a range of immersive facility design directories.
In addition to the above, 4TEA2 also has deep roots in generative content creation and communication and continues to work, ad hoc, across a number of projects for publication.

WHOLEWELL Wholeistic Wellness Framework
WHOLEWELL is a Wholeistic Wellness Framework providing a multi-disciplinary solution for a more complete clinical and consumer understanding and regulation of body and life. This exiting venture is currently in concept development. We will be posting information and updates very soon.
